Bill Kaderly honored at the annual WABC Kaderly Classic
This past weekend, the annual WABC Kaderly Classic was held at Waynedale Local, in Apple Creek. At the end of the 2 day tournament, Bill Kaderly was honored and presented with an award. The past JRL principal presented the individual and team awards to follow.

Bears defeat Medina Highland
The Golden Bears traveled to Medina to take on the D1 top 10 ranked Highland Hornets. Waynedale won the dual 35-24 saturday night.

Bears finish 3rd at Wheeling University
The Golden Bears finished 3rd at the annual holiday dual tournament, Wheeling Park Duals. They competed at Wheeling University in Tridelphia, West Virginia. Wrestling against teams from Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, the team capped off a solid 2 day tournament with a highlight over Peters Township of Pittsburgh.

Bears 5-0 at Home
The Golden Bear wrestling team competed in a histroic annual Waynedale duals on saturday in Apple Creek. Making the tournament special were the variety of teams that attended. Three teams coming to Waynedale for the first time. Newcomerstown, Elmwood, Massillon Jackson, Maysville, Biglerville, PA. Waynedale- 65 Newcomerstown (OHSAA D3) – 9 Waynedale- 52 Massillon Jackson (OHSAA D1) – 18 Waynedale- 42 Biglersville, PA – 18 Waynedale- 66 Elmwood (OHSAA D3)- 6 Waynedale- 51 Maysville (OHSAA D2)-13 Isaak Skelly capped of a 5-0 day and notched his 100th win of his career.
