FinalForms for 2024-2025 school year is open!

Waynedale Local School District will continue using an online system to collect all forms including extracurriculars. You may access FinalForms from the district website from the quick access buttons or by clicking the Parents button.

You will need a working email to complete this process. It is important to use an email that will be checked regularly because all reminders and notifications will be sent to the registered email. One addition for this year is the district can now send these reminders and notifications via text message to any student or guardian cell phone.

A huge benefit of this online system is once you (guardian) complete all forms, the following year the process will be to verify and update any changes if needed. Signing your students’ forms can be completed now. Any updates, especially related to phone numbers and address, are important for the school to have at the start of the school year. This helps communication current and allows for any changes that might be needed for busing.
